Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs payments and refunds for services provided by VERIDIONQ TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Service Nature

VeridionQ provides digital and operational background verification services that involve third-party processing, database access, verification workflows, and operational resource allocation.

Once a verification request is initiated, operational and third-party costs are incurred.

2. Pricing Model

All services are charged on a per-check basis.

Each verification component is treated as an independent billable check. Examples include:

  • Aadhaar verification
  • PAN verification
  • Employment verification
  • Education verification
  • Address verification

Separate charges apply for each individual check initiated.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation only before initiation of the verification process.

Once a verification process has commenced, cancellation may not be possible.

VeridionQ reserves the right to determine whether a verification request has been initiated.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only in limited situations including:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical failure attributable solely to VeridionQ
  • Incorrect billing caused by system error

Refunds shall not be applicable for:

  • Completed checks
  • In-progress verifications
  • Candidate non-cooperation
  • Delays caused by third parties
  • Insufficient or incorrect information submitted
  • Client-side cancellation after initiation

Approved refunds may take 7–15 business days depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.

5. Payment Disputes

Any payment disputes must be reported to contact@veridionq.com within 7 days from the transaction date.
